what to expect:

An initial Holistic Health Consultation is us painting a picture of your life: your habits, your preferences, your goals, and a sketch of how to get there.

  • Includes:

      • Nutrition and Herbal Supplement Recommendations

      • Examples of Balanced Meals

      • Sleep, Movement, Environmental, and Therapeutic Recommendations

From there, we’ll make a plan to support you as you make changes. It can look like:

  • Weekly/Bi-monthly/Monthly Wellness Check-ins to adjust and make sure your plan continues to work for you.

  • Alternating Wellness Check-ins with Somatic Sessions to dive deeper into underlying emotional blocks.

the details:

  • Holistic Health Consultations are 60 minutes long and can be done virtually or in-person in the Asheville, N.C. -area.

  • Wellness Check-ins are virtual 45 minutes sessions. My fee includes additional time outside of session for further research and adjustment to the original plan.

  • All services are available in Spanish and English.

  • If you identify as BIPOC and/or low-wealth, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please mention it when you reach out.


my approach to nutrition and wellness

My interest in food and holistic health emerged from my own struggles with feeling good in my body. After years of struggling with chronic IBS, anxiety, and fatigue, I earned a degree in Holistic Nutrition in Barcelona, Spain. My education was based in Mediterranean culture and philosophy surrounding food, community, and a life well-lived. It also incorporated approaches from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Western Herbalism.

My training, in combination with a decade of working 1:1 with clients, teaching community nutrition classes, and working to change the larger food system, have all shaped how I engage with folks in their health choices. It is one of my greatest joys to support someone figuring out what works best for them. If my style plus the information above is resonating with you, let’s get started!
